The “Rainbow police”?[enforcing transgender/LBGQGI police]
The “Rule Vertigo” police[policing bureaucratic rules; making sure their enforced].
Whose ever is responsible for these absurdities?
What no fingerprints? No accountability?

After all, this is what the highest levels of bureaucracies excel at:
