The whole charade will come tumbling down before it gets to that. I am counting on it.
Just rode with a taxi today. Asked him how he felt about the price of diesel. He then said it was a totally electric car, and he had real problems finding an outlet. Then he iterated that there was always a queue a “mile long”. He was thinking if packing it all in, before he went bankrupt. We then conversed( a lost Art to be sure) , and were agreed that we would probably both go bankrupt anyways, and that was just the way the cookie crumbles.
Good times.
I hope you’re right. It’s getting tiresome doing this the hard way!
I almost filled for chapter seven bankruptcy, lot of paperwork for that over seventy pages.
Always a good idea to keep a gas generator in the boot of an electric car in case there are no charging stations.
CAF has been saying for at least two years now to resolve your debt, find a dependable local bank (equiv) and work to create a COMMUNITY, even if it meant moving somewhere to create one. I am fortunate enough to have succeeded in her plan, not that I don’t hear squeaking from time to time, but have been there in the near Chapter 11 so many times that I don’t want to count. Outlived two husbands, one which said we were in debt for $30k only to find that he was off by a zero ($300k) when he died six weeks from when he was diagnosed with the Big C. Not a good time for that surprise. I was 42- 1992. I can’t imagine the inflated number today.
So right now we have a large number of livestock and the temperatures are in the high 90’s with 100F slated for every day next week. A tropical storm in the Gulf was absolutely set up to roll in a wide sweep to the west, starting over Houston, when it suddenly just disappeared, then a few hours later, reorganized and started moving east with no more rotation. (Green works?) We haven’t had more than .5inch rain for the past 2.5 months (you need an inch of rain a week to make decent grass). So again, maybe not exactly Chapter 11, but man, Bahri, I feel your pain.
Thanks, wow that sounds horrible.
My debt isn’t that bad hopefully can pay this off soon.
Has been unusual weather in the northwest, seemed like winter all through spring then crazy heatwave for a few days after the solstice now a little calmer after some wind.
