For those of you familar with the thread on who owns the Panama canal, it may be that Panama is a stress test for some version of an ongoing grid down scenario.

I’m toying with the notion that the fever pitch in Europe is heading for the mobilization of millions of men to attack Russia, and the currently big-Don isn’t committing to the plan, which means the Crown HQ controlled grid will need to be shut off to force the US hand.
