Competition from Saharan dust. Sigh…
That would be most welcome … I forgot what rain looks like. Today is 111º in the shade, 100s+ all last month and this month. Take care down there ebmason! (It’s not global warming, it’s all that hot air coming out of politician’s mouths!)

Hang in there, Margaret. Everyone tired of being crispy, I know. Hoping it will end soon. My concern is that when the dust is gone, tropics likely to become too active. With soil dry and not primed, top soil washes away more easily. 3-4 inches to start would be perfect! Politicians = Mouth farts (like hippos).
