‘homophobic public order offence’ A hate crime, UNREAL!

‘homophobic public order offence’… UNBELIEVABLE!

Apparently in England you can’t state out loud that your nana is a lesbian!
What a mess that country has become!
Things are getting bad here but (as insane as it’s gotten here in California with its communist politicians, the homeless, and the illegal alien invaders) thank God I don’t live in England. I will stick to the fantasy of “Midsomer Murders” when John Nettles was Barnaby.

West Yorkshire Police’s professional standards panel is investigating video footage of the incident involving an autistic 16-year-old girl following a complaint by her mother. The girl, who also suffers from scoliosis, had been driven to her home in Leeds, West Yorkshire, by officers after midnight when she is reported to have said a female officer ‘looked like her lesbian nana’. She was later dragged away screaming by a group of seven officers and bundled into a police car over the ‘homophobic public order offence’. The incident was recorded by the girl’s mother who uploaded the footage to Tiktok. She posted: ‘This is what police do when dealing with autistic children. My daughter told me the police officer looked like her nana, who is a lesbian.’ West Yorkshire Police said the nature of the girl’s comments ‘was fully captured on body-worn video’.

It makes you wonder…Martin Armstrong’s Socrates program indicates the level of unrest among the population will be off the charts in 2025. It makes you wonder…

Common Purpose idiots I am no longer amazed by these insanities. .Welcome to the new normal.

The level of stupidity shown by the police is unbelievable. A while back I was asked by a policeman if I had seen a missing woman from our the village. As I did not know her by name, I asked for a description (age, height, hair colour etc) and was told that could not be shared due to privacy / confidentiality! Unreal.

I was in England for a couple years in the early 2000s and, coming from the States, I was struck by how comparatively polite people were most of the time, even in London. In recent years, I’ve been shocked by seeing how the police responded to protests, and by the multiple stories of police knocking on people’s doors to “check their thinking” after they’d posted some kind of impermissible speech online. This from the country that gave us Magna Carta. How sad.

Very keen to pounce on social “misdemeanors” but not actual crimes. There was a time when you could call your local station about a problem and talk to someone who knew the area. Now its a center where they have no idea about anything - useless. The station in my nearest town does not even have anyone you can talk to: there is a 'phone and you’ll be told by a recorder message to contact them online, which is equally inaccessible for the most part. All by design to make us feel helpless. Robert Peel must be spinning in his grave.

You know, back when I was growing up, we were taught the adage “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” So much for the accumulated wisdom of generations . . .
