Sharing an email I sent to Jay Weidner in regards to his theory that Jfk faked his assasination in the hopes that you guys can help me clarify what I’m seeing. I was working on my vid chat question and I stumbled upon something interesting I need to try to interpret before I can move on. For quick context, he believes that in the zapruder film you can see a large squib (what they use to fake gun shots) on Jfks right cheek (I agree it appears as if there’s something on his cheek almost like a deflated baseketball ), Jackie pulls the squib, and after the squib faceplate covering flies off Jackie dives towards the trunk to grab it.

Thank you very much for your work. After watching one of your shining interpretation videos where you questioned whether or not the Jfk assasination was faked, it inspired me to watch the zapruder film again.
Watching this slowed down and sharpened copy
I found a slowed down, sharpened version linked above. Zooming the video in on my android phone, I was able to put it to around 4x magnification without losing any video quality. Next I slowed the video down to the slowest youtube would let me (25 percent play back speed).
At the moment of the kill shot I had a hard time making out what I was seeing, almost like an optical illusion was occurring. It appears as if Jackie’s head is collapsing down on to Jfks, as if there was some painting of their overall heads that was collapsed down to either

Hide the squib going off,

Or to completely cut that part of the footage out, and to 1960’s style cgi the scene.
