How do I open a support ticket?

I am a new member. I go to the Support Menu, Technical Support. At the bottom of the page is a blue button to contact Technical Support. It just takes me back to the top of the page. That’s it, no form in sight, I’ve searched everywhere.
Clicking the red “Contact Dr Farrell” just takes me to a page with social media links.

What I wanted to know, besides the above, is:
1] How long after DrF’s blogposts are posted is the cut off for comments? And why are comments closed at all? I am a bit behind, reading September posts. Why can’t I comment on them?
2] DrF is always saying that members send him articles and ideas. How does one do that?

Can anyone help me with the above? If so, grateful thanks.

I could not trigger a “support ticket” either.

I simply mail the good doc, but I am not going to post his email on this public forum. If you are a member you can ask it during the vidchats.

The only time I cannot post is when the post is closed which seldom happens. Are you logged in?

Hi @MaatTheCat , welcome.

Not sure if that may be temporary or something that there is no help ticket option there, remember that used to be possible. The web administrator @gizadev should be notified here if you tag that name with the “@” symbol. You can also send a direct message with the link at the user card profile here:

That can be if a topic/comment thread has gone far off the rails or something moderators and administrators can choose to close that but there is still option for people to start a new topic to continue talk. I’m a guest here so can’t speak for the site policies.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I’m a member, logged in, tried different browsers, hunted through every menu on the website and it all goes in circles

Thanks for replying and the useful info about gizadev.
I meant the comments on the blogposts themselves rather than the forum. It seems to be time-related, but I haven’t searched through to figure out how much time between post & comment-close.
