… that seems like a lot of trouble … easier to use face recognition, then dox. … see your local Committee for Public Safety for further suggestions.
Once all the data bases are housed in a data center, AI can poof! spit out a report of who was there, why and how to contact them. No need for a facial scan.

The various databases probably contain a list of “who to contact” for this or that situation. How many databases are there for this, who knows. Theoretically if they all are linked in and used as such, organic events disappear and we are in Mr.Smith’s 1984 world.

… yep, no such thing as an “organic” event any more … except those that will be organized by your local Committee for Public Safety … and those “meetings” will not be on the news, only the results the following day.

It might make a decent comedy film…“yawn yawn, here we go again, I’m headed to another rent-a-protest. They’re not paying me enough to spend all this time on a bus.” Possibility of lots of inane sub-plots. Romantic motel adventures etc. Kinda like the trailer-park supervisor vid recently linked elsewhere on this plot. "It’s Sunday, this must be the protest in Sheboygen did somebody bring the signs? "kind of theme.
I feel like we could easily incorporate the plot from “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad World” in to this.
If only we could get those actors back…
… how about going to one of these “rallies” with something that looks like a serious camera set up and post signs that say “video of this event will be used to contribute to and enlarge an ever growing data base for face recognition.” Wonder if they would think that was Ok.

You have to politicise it though, because these types politicise everything down to their breakfast cereal.
On the signs also need to be something to make the surevillance totalitarian stuff seem good because it’s ‘progressive’
Something like: SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY - SHARE YOUR LIKENESS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
REPRESENT!
