Thanks to my friend Ken Wheeler who has, without a doubt, the most visceral hatred of Albert Einstein, in the history of mankind. I do not agree with Ken on his theory of magnetism, he incorporates many of the same errors that Eric Dollard does, with respect to theory and calculation of magnetic phenomena.
But he is a funny man.

It is a unique case in the intellectual history of humanity that a theory is hailed and celebrated as a âCopernican act,â even though, in the event of its validity, it would never be able to transform our natural or world view. Its very nature makes it so difficultâindeed, incomprehensible to the general publicâthat its popularity seems barely understandable. The suggestive power of a repeatedly advertised name, the misleading and misunderstood catchword of ârelativity,â and the snobbish admiration of half-grasped paradoxes overwhelm the simple, perplexed mind.
Unbiased thinking and impartial science have rebelled from the very beginning. They have expressed significant doubts and raised questions, which were dismissed with completely irrelevant responses.
Einsteinâs counterstatement to Lenardâs famous first objections (1918) barely addressed the main points or ignored them altogether. A similar situation occurred at the Nauheim Natural Scientistsâ Conference in 1921. Finally, during the Leipzig Centenary Celebration in 1922, 19 physicists, mathematicians, and philosophers were compelled to issue a joint protest. In this, they stated, among other things: âThey (the signatories, including Lenard, Gehrke, Lipsius, Fälagyi, MohoroviÄiÄ, Fricke, Vogtherr, Kremer, Lothigius) deeply regret the misleading of public opinion, which is being led to believe that the theory of relativity (RTH) is the solution to the worldâs mysteries, while the fact is being obscured that many, including highly esteemed scholars in the three mentioned fields of research, not only consider the RTH as an unproven hypothesis but even reject it as fundamentally flawed and logically untenable fiction.â
