… Well, we are about to know about the “shooter”. Supposedly, “he” offed himself in a storage unit in New Hampshire. I can already feel the “vibes” that this episode is going to result in a greater call and push for total surveillance. The lack of surveillance is NOT the problem here.
8 Billion Endowment … each of the families of the 2 students who were killed should sue Brown University for 5 Billion each. The other students who were wounded should also sue for HUGE amounts. The hesitancy of information coming from Brown can now be seen as an attempt to limit their liability. The Social Machine should make an example of Brown University. If Brown University goes bankrupt it might send a signal to other similar “Institutions” of Higher Education. It will be interesting to see how this is “reported” on in The Chronicle of Higher Education and similar publications.
The unfolding story is reaching clown show level. The second person in the video showing the “shooter” turns out to be a homeless 2010 Brown graduate who has been allowed to live in the building where the shooting occurred. The homeless Brown graduate “allegedly” told law enforcement that he had seen the “shooter” casing the building for around 2 weeks. He confronted the “shooter” earlier on Saturday and the “shooter” was seen on the video running away from the homeless Brown grad. The number of cameras on campus keeps fluctuating between 800-1200. “Allegedly” only four cameras were functioning … and on and on and on. You can’t make this stuff up.
Buh Bye 8 Billion dollar endowment.
BTW … Brown University never offered a reward for information. FBI offered 50,000.
