I think part of it is epistemological warfare. The idea is to make the general population lose all sense of what’s real and what’s not. Biological sex is just one vector. Another is news media (legacy media, alternative media, and social media). Soon people won’t even be sure a video of an event isn’t a deep fake. Another angle of attack is propaganda from “experts”–the gaslighting about important issues that just keeps going. They tell the public something that’s so obviously a lie that people start doubting the evidence of their own senses and their ability to think for themselves at all.
Why make the public feel like they have no idea what’s true? It makes people rely more on experts and governments to tell them what’s true. It also makes people feel helpless, and people who feel helpless tend to become immobilized and easier to control. Control is always the endgame. Even having power over huge amounts of money is ultimately about having control over society.
The middle management could do it to themselves and their own children for a few reasons. They might be true believers in the ideology. They might do it because it’s fashionable in their social circles and makes them feel virtuous. Some might prefer a surgically mutilated kid to a homosexual one. I’d guess the fashionable/virtuous thing is the most common. As for top management, they don’t care whether humanity is hurt or not.

I think it is just another piece in the mosaic of division and chaos creation. Not forgetting that hasatan is the accuser, deceiver and scatterer/divider.

These are all valid answers. But I still feel like I’m missing something here. The fact that a transgendered mind seems to be more violent is maybe the closest thing I can see as to why THIS is being used, as there are so many other ways to achieve the other goals mentioned.
