Holland isn’t a country, north and south Holland are two of the twelve provinces of the country of The Netherlands.

Full list of provinces: Drenthe, Gelderland, Groningen, Flevoland, Friesland, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Holland, Overijssel, Utrecht, Zeeland and Zuid-Holland.
