Maybe Von Braun, Rudolf, Debus & Assoc., A.G., took them with them when they were forcibly “resigned” from NASA, gave them to OTRAG when Debus was on the board there while running NASA’s UFO desk, and OTRAG turned them over to Musk. Just a thought.
