For a Youtube performance of Liszt’s “Feux follets” and I actually found a performance by Claudio Arrau which I owned on vinyl as a teenager (yea I was a nerd)… I found this with the score (an impossible piece played superbly by Arrau, who was a student of a student (or something like that) of Liszt…

Dr. Farrell posted a video in the Members site a few years ago where he demonstrated his talent for an interesting assortment of music on “Bruno”. Is that video available in any other place such as YouTube?

Actually, if you have read a copy of The Definitive Biography (and I have as I have a copy), the last and least of JS Bach’s twenty-odd children, and the oddest, DID compose a set of pieces titled “The Trance and Dental Etudes”, some portions of the original manuscript of which are actually reproduced in the book. I do not think Prof. Schikele ever was able to discover or record the complete work, the only keyboard suites ever recorded being from The Notebook for Betty-Sue Bach, and The Ill-Tempered Clavier. Regrettably, the only surviving opera that has been performed is The Abduction of Figaro (yours truly was at the world premiere of this disastrous ouvre in Minneapolis, and can be heard laughing on the recording of the ouvre in Act I). The other PDQ Bach operas, Rosenkavalier and Guildenstern, The Dairy Queen, and Fido and Aeneas, are still missing and waiting to be discovered.
