This is why I have worked so hard to put together a place where i can grow my own food. CAF has encouraged it for several years now. Even if it is eggs for protein, or own a few noisy roosters so you can grow enough birds to put in the freezer when the eggs are reduced and you have a new group of potential layers on the way. You can grow lettuce in a pot, garlic, onions, and many vegetables in window boxes… Look at the possibility to convert a closet into a grow space with lights…

Once read eggs and a source of vitamin C are the two survival items needed on a desert island. I’m hoping to add some coconut and coconut water. Love Almond Joy candy bars.
But for now a good supply of natural vitamins to supplement whatever you are eating is a good idea
