If Trump wants water for the USA, the answer is simple. Drill baby drill and climate change is a hoax. Perhaps try weather manipulation for good instead of evil

Great post. Reminds me of the 1970s vintage plan proposed by Lyndon Larouche. Stop wasting all that fresh water…develop the desert southwest into a garden. Anyone doubt this is possible…the whole existence of Los Angeles is only made possible by moving snowmelt water from the Sierras to the desert south of California. See the movie “Chinatown”.
