One other thing he didn’t mention with regard to Russia slowing their assault, I learned that this often happens to give civies time to get out of the way before hard bombardment begins. He mentioned how bottled up the roads are with people trying to flee to the west. This rate, it might be the weekend (or later) before enough people are clear to begin the assault.
