In 1995, Phil Schneider claimed that there are 1,477 Deep Underground Military Bases worldwide, 131 active DUMBs in the USA alone.

Seen a number of Phil Schneider videos, but never heard all of this in one showing. The voice sounds right. He was suicided. He was shot in an alien fight at Dulce. My question about this video is that it plays into an alien scenario op a la Von Braun as well as the missing 21 Trillion.

It does.It’s a play with words.
An “alien” from under the earth, or an “alien” from outer space, or from the oceans of planet Earth.
Same.An “alien”,creatures or entities we don’t know about them.Or we know but very little.Trough myths and legends.
Again “aliens” or “entities” that we know little about. Mostly through myths and legends.
There’s a reason I’m rephrasing this.
For example, think or better read about places like Agartha,or better yet Kashmir.
Of course,there is some Nazi stuff in there also.
