The discussion I’m looking for pertains to the mysterious cases during IIRC, World War 2. US naval engineers observed very strange behaviors whilst arc welding plate armor onto war ships. My recollection was that some electrical phenomenon resulted in some of the tools used during the operation to disappear, and then re-appear in different areas of the work area, and perhaps even shifted in time, i.e. materialized at the project site some time after they disappeared (may not correctly remember that last bit)
I found this story just fascinating to no end, and perhaps this /did/ tie into the Philadelphia Project in some capacity, though again I’m potentially mixing up some aspects of the story.
I’ve browsed through the past few interviews with Dark Journalist but couldn’t find that segment. Was it mentioned in another interview? Am I completely pulling this out of “The Void”?
