According to http://www.chapwoodindex.org/ the 5yr average in my area is nearly 8%. As Catherine Austin Fitts has said, household goods is probably 13-18% this year alone in my area (Nebraska). It’s crazy. I would hate to be retired/fixed income right now. I consider myself fortunate in that regard.
