thoughts on Templars … Rex-Deus and other matters
Had watched this before. Am conflicted on Templars, what’s real what is not real. Were they gnostic or were they Christian? Were they just another elite creating a secret society (like skull and bones)? Or were they as some have argued the foundation of democracy in the Americas. They were certainly good at marketing. St Bernard de Clairvaux struck as a medieval version of Henry Kissinger wheeling and dealing with political potentates. Their connection to banking in latter years is however a good deciding factor, idolatry of Mammon seems to have taken precedence over spirituality. So for me they seem to have breached the first commandment.
They flipped the “turn the other cheek” in response to violence against a Christian. No more passive resistance, soldiers of Christ with a sword…the ultimate push back.
At this stage it is still a case of taking back public spaces to make the initial stand/point without given authorities the succour of name calling do whistling and anti riot measures.
