Interesting video.
It sets up pretty nicely; laying the ground work for “narrative control”.
From my perspective; this video is setting up 3iAtlas, as the fall guy; for what the inhuman elites have been doing - AND are already doing on Earth.
Including the inhuman elites’ “unprecedented” and dangerous experiments, throughout “our” solar system - including the Sun.
Their narrative control starts becoming obvious around 7 minutes in; as “they” go Earth Centric in their analysis. This then narrows further, around 15 minutes in.
At about 20 minutes in; the inhuman elites’ focus begins to zero in on Von Braun asteroid belt - 3iAtlas, taking on a patsy narrative, blame game - role.
Well done, from an information-rich, loaded-for-bear video perspective.
The question is: who is their targeted audience?
AND what is their agenda?
My 3-D take?

Lots of possibilities, lie within “their” narrative presentation.

I like George Kavassilas’ interpretation…some of “our own” coming back to help straighten out this mess!! It is to be making stops near all the planets of our solar system, due to be closest to Earth about Dec. 19. The tour will be finalized in Apr. of 2027. Hmmmmm… Let’s see what happens?!! 
But then, if the Micronova hits before then I guess we’ll all be fried so it won’t matter!!!
