FYI We did not have Ph.d programs back in the late 1800’s. The University of Michigan was one of the first to establish one by luring professors from Europe, especially Germany because they were considered the best ones.
There might be something else to consider here. I had always figured the deployment of the vaccines to be a kind of land grab, maybe a a DNA ownership sort of thing which could supplant national borders, in terms of the unaware or susceptible person. Its a back of the mind theory I have running, so I am still gathering my thought on it.
Certain jurisdictions were dedicated to certain vaccine models. I figured that it was natural that they (TPTB) were developing a database of DNA along with that. Given the Monsanto model of DNA patentology, it seemed elementary that new jurisdictions were being created of the recipients of the various vaccines.
We now live in world where the majority of the people, in the west at least, are marked and sorted with a known quality and quantity of vaccines, as delivered. That will give the owners of the DNA data-set a leverage in quality of thought arrangement techniques and engineering, susceptibility to certain proprietary technologies and a known quantum of influence in a given area. Makes you interested in the countries and jurisdictions that committed to a particular injectable. Makes you aware of countries penetrated by a variety of injectables.
My speculation is that there are technologies employed to “nudge” thinking a certain directions, maybe something like a 5% variable attenuation capability that can be dialled up on request. I consider the current anti-russia hysteria as a prototype usage of this technology. I presume more to follow.

When the phenomenal amount of resources dedicated to the social sciences over the last hundred years, combined with that of interdisciplinary usage of the bio/physics branches is considered, I’d say most anything a research scientist set out to accomplish in social engineering is possible.
Remember the metal filings and magnet experiment in school? Put them in humans and apply EMF…

I also wonder what technoligies will leave there sleeves and openly used on the public. To date it has been the smaller technologies and I wonder every time one of the parties uses the word “atomic” they really mean Rods of God.
