I do not have an answer to the title question, except that it might lessen the importance of USD in the financial markets; we all know BRICS is an up-and-coming alliance. All these documents were found openly on the internet. The 1st document maintains my opinion that Ol’ Henry was a major player in NWO set-up over the last 75+ years, and that he knew who the real powers were/are.
