If not, then "technically; there is no King Charles?
A catch 22; because Charles has a history that the Coronation Oath - trips on.

I don’t think there’s many on this blog who would answer “No” to the title question. Was reading some items re: Brexit and don’t know if the actions surrounding Brexit and new monarch & PM are normal (whatever that is) or not. Thought it interesting that after months and years of squabbling, all of a sudden, it seems things are falling into place before Charles’ coronation.
It appears the lines of territory are now drawn and induction is occurring, as if to say, “Okay, this is mine”. Brexit, by it’s nature is defensive but, this Deal with No. Ireland smacks of a possessiveness in preparation for some future event. Very smart move to solidify a large COE footprint on the island to the west. I just don’t know enough about the crown to say but, it has that feel. Perhaps someone from UK can give us more info?
Might not be a done deal yet. A lot can happen by coronation time. Will have to watch it play out. Whatever The Windsor contains, it appears all restrictions might be getting dropped and No. Ireland is going digital with regard to trade (red lane/green lane)?
