Any time he’s shown smoking or with a cigarette, it’s an old interview. Since the heart attack he’s cut back and no longer smokes during vid chats or interviews.

The picture is old but the interview was uploaded on Jan 5, 2026 and apparently was recorded August 11,2025 [or perhaps November 8, using the European convention], according to the timestamp on YouTube.
