That symbol has many layers of meaning some are linked magic.
The one in the video is a projective geometry map (cartography). A lost way to construct maps using the light coming from stars as rays to build the coordinate system. The “black sun” is most probably the center of the milky way where the black hole (or black star really) resides.
That masonic map in question probably has less distortion than Mercator as it creates two surfaces rather than just one. And might contain some very interesting information once you plot the earth grid of neolithic monuments on it perhaps.
These are just maps, there are no magic rays that transform into solid matter. The crude Talmudic interpretation says some very naive things, interpreting everything too literally. Giving the model of the earth-dome with literally 7 firmaments on top and a sky painted in blue. Geostationary satellites are all fake conspiracies, space doesn’t even exist etc…

Here it is. Found it! The actual Masonic explanation. That one you’ve shown is given to 32 degrees. Its not the actual true one.
This guy has a very good video explaining the meaning of polaris and the black sun.
Basically, its the location of the former garden of Eden or Atlantis as others would call it. Its in the north pole, likely underground.
