Is this watchable?

Heya, I got access for iptv, living at me uncles for a couple of weeks.
Thought I’d use the opportunity to check out some movies and series.
So anyone have any recommendations?
I was wondering if anyone has seen 11.22.63 ?
I’ve never seen anything of " star trek", old or new,
Is that watchable, or is it just bad sci-fi?
" Silicon Valley" looks interesting; its made by Mike Judge, the guy behind " Idiocracy".
Must be worth a watch?
would be appreciated.

The original Star Trek TV series is very watchable, IMO. Lots of hints of pre-programming.
Don’t know about the others as I don’t watch ‘series’ TV anymore.

me neither, hence asking :slight_smile:
The 11.22.63 is about time travel to 63 to stop the murder in JFK,got some positive reviews,but that doesnt neccesarily mean mucho.
I’ll chack out the ST original,thank you.

@Sphinx I don’t know if you can get Amazon Prime on your iptv but I really enjoyed this series “Electric Dreams”.

I call “Star Trek: The Next Generation” the politically correct generation. After Gene Roddenberry got ill and turned most of the business over to Majel (Barrett) Roddenberry, his wife, who played Nurse Chapel in the original series. The series became very progressive, liberal, communist or whatever you like to call it. I stopped watching TV when I went to college and had no more time for nonsense.

I didn’t like it after the original series either.
The original series is the only way to go, IMO.
I do like the first 2 ST films with Chris Pine but not the ones that followed.

Im not so fond of wasting time meself, hence asking the good people of the Giza community for some tip.
That way I can steer clear of the worst woke,very progressive, liberal, communist or whatever you wanna call it programming :slight_smile:
