I can see this pattern being repeated in the event of something like a state secession. You don’t really think USA inc is going to sit by and just let states / their economies slip out of their hands do you? Some states would fare better than others of course due to diversity of resources. A secession / embargo / siege of a state would result in all the same things we’ve seen in Gaza.

There is no USA inc. It has been bankrupted and out of business. What you see in Washington is just a movie and the credits are almost over.
