Thanks for posting. Reverting to what I’d mentioned in other related posts, there is possibly extant, as Dr Farrell notes, an extra judicial or third party non state actor indicated in the historical record (Nazi International, 9/11 etc). It so, this feels like this entity is cleaning the table, possibly for some false flag (at which they excel) in the coming months. This would seem to indicate possibility in the same thesis.
