Those big meanies – choices for the elderly can be so tough. Let’s try to practice now, dear David, before we get there . . .So, should I take my nap in front of the fireplace, or, in the hot tub on the veranda?

It’s definitely not the conversations being had at the White House. And yes the issue more seriously about those conversations for elderly loved ones are never easy. I don’t look forward to having to have them.
