The merger simply converts covert, into overt. No longer will there be a need for Israhell to set up false flags, cajole, blackmail or use the terrorist threat to get military assistance. Congress is now out of the picture… saves money for Israhell maintaining AIRPAC, even to the point of not needing to interfere with elections.

BTW: A “bill” that passes congress, still has to pass the senate and be signed by the President.
