Some of the best work I’ve seen Jason Goodman do here (his work often tends to ramble for me…but not this piece). He seems to be in his own realm of professional expertise (Hollywood visual effects) as he analyzes some high speed video of the CK shooting. The analysis, including frame rates of original source video vs lower rate of that released, points to me toward an intentional filming of an event the photographer knew would occur. Similar to the images we’ve seen of the man starting up the video of his Google sunglasses. I contend these were intended to be either ‘proof of death’ or ‘snuff films’ of the pre-planned event.
Hypothesis of a synchronized ‘bang’ somewhere along with use of a powerful pneumatic pistol also are new to this discussion. Both seem just as plausible, if not more so than other solutions offered elsewhere. Worth a look.
