None of this is a mystery. It has been said, if you can’t figure out the whys of nonsensical policies (actions), then the answer lies in the outcome.
Therefore, these policies in every way represent an atrocity perpetrated against the White Christian West. They want us afraid, Brown, or dead. And ultimately, all three. There is simply no other reasonable conclusion to be drawn.
And worst of all, this extermination technique is built on the very back of Christian values. Charity. Tolerance. Goodwill to all.
