Shades of Babylon’s Banksters… Wasn’t it a Chinese citizen (Dr. Li?) who came up with the theoretical/mathematical justification for the financial instruments – bundles of good and bad debt – that fueled the 2008 financial crisis? Could be coincidence; could be something else.
