On the bright side situations such as this make the initial cull for potential employees much simpler.
If someone mentions an Ivy League school then an instant discard. Not only can they not read they can not reason. Community College Associates Degrees to the front of the line. 
Oh I agree⌠but also, another immediate cull and disqualifier is anyone with an âeducationâ degree, or âEd.â in their degree, e.g., M.Litt.Ed., or BA Mus.Ed., or MS Math.Ed. &c &c And I suggest the following for advertisements: âWanted, garbage truck driver. Must have Ed.D or equivalent education degree.â
