Yesterday I called in a pickup grocery order from my local HEB grocery store. After picking them up there was a box of Kellogg’s Frosted Corn Flakes I did not order or was charged to me. Checking the product label for ingredients, it stated they were a product of Germany! No mysterious ingredients were listed. Guess that’s their work around. Seems a long way for cornflakes to travel. Fruit loops probably are sold in Europe.

Thats strange, as the one and only Kelloggs production plant in Bremen, Germany, was shut down in 2018. According to at least 6 internet posts I checked they only produce in Valls, Spain, Manchester and Wrexham, UK, thats it for Europe. One of the largest Supermarket chains in Germany, REWE, discontinued almost all Kelloggs products (cerial and related stuff) because of skyrocketing prices called by Kellogg`s. They kept Pringles and the dog food, though.

Perhaps a simple change in labeling by Kellogg is their quick solution or they dug out of storage boxes from the German plant that was shut down. Until the FDA analyses the contents it may work. Texas attorney general may beware of the sham.

HEB is a Texas and Mexico based grocery chain serving a geological area. Their website may be restricted to that area.
Error code 116 seems rather common as there are several “how to fix” procedures shown on line.

Layers of denying access.
Some are very tough to get around; some have easy peasy ai guards.
Generally, “they” deep six the good stuff.
Still can work a go around, but it takes; smarts, sweat, and time.
Even then, it’s a crap shoot.
