The so-called “aether allergy” is finally running its course. It’s genuinely embarrassing watching these wannabe physicists twist themselves into knots, desperately trying to erase the very concept of the medium their field depends on, all because they can’t handle the semantics. They whine about the word “aether” like children afraid of a ghost story, hiding behind the excuse of “historical baggage.” This is today’s academic output: a parade of hand wringing intellectual cowardice. These podcasters, who I presume are romantically involved, although the male is indistinguishable from a homosexual, are absolutely archetypical of the self-inflated academics with whom I have dealt my entire career.
