Also a lot of interesting insight into hte real estate ‘market’ especially looking at it as a derivative. not as a ‘real estate’

TLDR/dont view = not only is homeowning a scam , but insurance is of course a scam. and no one plans on letting you own anything, nor of receiving any money from insurance ever. but they will keep raising the prices anyway. and if its ‘allowed’ to function as ‘normal’ it will all crash very soon and the landowner corporations and insurance companies will make bank and we will all have negative of negative. okie dokie.
