As was discussed on another blog, no less than a Sgt. would be allowed to gather all these documents for destruction after a meeting, however, if Sgt. handed them off to a regular and didn’t monitor, the Sgt. is also liable. Sgt. isn’t subject to the same charges but would definitely lose his stripes and likely dishonorable discharge. Will likely never know…
