Well what was laughable was Macron making his announcement from nuclear submarine pen that looked like it would not be out of place on a James Bond set… À quel point est-ce dramatique ? Other metaphorical and symbolic images of missile rockts also come to mind. Plus he reckons fear in others is what makes you safe,
