… I’m confused … Why didn’t they burn the hotel?
It was rated a four star hotel when purchased. Most of the protesters probably couldn’t afford to frequent the place.
Imagine your elected officials being a party to the purchase and purpose. I’d say yeah I’d be up in arms too, especially being connected to such heinous actions of raping a 10 year girl.
NO! to any more immigrants, stop it NOW!
This is a carbon copy of what’s been going on in the UK. If I didn’t know better, I’d think it was a global plan . . . The Irish government, just like the British one (and the French one, etc.), obviously sees the native European population as foul beasts who deserve to be insulted and beaten down, especially the ones who want nothing to do with the EU. You know, “deplorables.”
In the UK, “grooming gangs” (such a euphemism!) from certain immigrant backgrounds engaged in unspeakable crimes for years, with police and government complicity. I hope the Irish, English, French, etc., manage to get their governments to stop abusing them.
The hotels thing is a multi-country grift. From February 2025 (UK Wasting Millions on Asylum-Seeker Housing Deals, Report Says), regarding the UK:
The PAC’s [Public Accounts Committee’s] findings were published as part of its report into the Home Office’s purchase of HMP Northeye, a former prison bought by the former Conservative government in 2023 to house asylum seekers. It paid £15.4 million ($19.2 million) of public money for the site — more than double what the vendors had bought it for less than a year previously — and later decided that the building was not fit for purpose.
This was not an isolated case, according to the PAC.
. . .The Home Office spent £34 million on the Bibby Stockholm vessel, which housed far fewer asylum seekers than expected and will not be used past January 2025, £60 million on a former Royal Air Force base in Scampton, Lincolnshire, which was abandoned before it could open, £2.9 million on a site in the North Yorkshire village of Linton-on-Ouse, which was canceled due to protests.
… it is way past time for the average person in any Western country to count on any assistance from so-called “politicians” and so-called “law-enforcement”. They have been asked to act over and over, given chance upon chance and they have failed (intentionally) time after time. Do what needs to be done by choice before it becomes a necessity.
The question still has not been answered: Why did they not burn the hotel? To burn the car is to do nothing. It only serves to render the unwilling and ineffectual even more so.
Per the UN’s 2000 migration plan, Europe’s thought leaders are doing as told, ignoring the welfare and protests of the citizens, like good little Nazis and communists. They’re not affected and are gainfully employed carrying out the plan. Win win for them.
… Then it is time to create situations that are lose / lose for them. Sling Em!
… Europe has thought leaders? … or any thought at all?
… or any thought at all?
Burning the hotel takes guts, obviously missing in the group of protesters. The social engineering done on them over the years is working quite well.
… again … no thought. The car sends no message … the hotel on the other hand … Would not this put the state in an interesting position? Neither the invaders nor the citizens would feel as if they were being protected. Sounds like the ideal “two front war”. Get rid of the buffer then let the chips fall where they may.
I use the term as a euphemism in a sardonic way. Globalist and New World Order (or odor) is becoming trite and meaningless.
Guess they’re not like the old time radicals. Maybe those narratives are no longer available or known anymore, down the memory hole?
Monday night protests were peaceful, but Tuesday night the riot squad were launched into the crowd and what ensued is the result that was reported. This is in part due to increasing concern and numbers protesting gathering momentum, particularly given this being yet another faux pas by the government in week when the presidential elections are on 24th October subject to a possibly successful High Court constitution challenge due to a breach of electoral law and process by the extremely unpopular (low 20% support) government coalition, and the largest government’s party candidate had to withdraw to scandal emerging in his candidacy. The Gardaí have been moved from that of a culture and operational imperative as an independent community policing with huge community support, to a quasi-militarised defence force (still no firearms) for the state and enforcement of the political status. Under recent imported non national leadership appointments, their operating culture has been increasingly changed into political enforcers rather than their traditional role of keeping the peace. Their full title in Irish/Gaeilge is “Gardaí Siochana” = guardians of the peace for the community. This change reflects the new political realities and narratives of the government and a jettisoning of their traditional near 100% communal support.
This Minister actually tweeted out invitations in 8 languages to immigrant originating countries to come to Ireland. Personally responsible for the ongoing issues. He was of course a Green Party coalition. member. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PiV3kzzpJM
… One can not be rational with irrational persons. … burn the hotel and go from there. As we are often reminded … When “politicians” are not required to take a position or answer a question they will not do so. Burning the hotel would require the “politicians” to take a position and answer questions. Their response to the burning of the hotel would tell the people of Ireland what they need to know about their so-called betters. Look at what is happening in the USSA … Our “politicians” on both so-called sides, with the occasional non-poseur exception, have made their loyalties clear.
They have the winners and the results.
BUT, technically: “THEY” have to wait for the elections to start.
Then they can begin the “show” for the public.
Get your popcorn.
AND, pretend…
Its real, this time!
That’s pretty simple: they didn’t want to go to jail, get assaulted by the cops, and have their names dragged through the mud in the lamestream media.
EDIT: On reflection, the above answer doesn’t address the question either. What I said applies to those who burned nothing. Those who burned the cop car risked all those things (unless they were agents provocateurs who were, or were lead to believe they’d be, protected from government reprisals). As to why they targeted the cop car: Could it be they’re even angrier at the government and representatives of the state (i.e., the cops) than at the immigrants?
No argument here . . . with perhaps a few rare exceptions.
Why didn’t they burn down the hotel. Do you think the rioters were bussed in and told to keep it “riot light”?
Don’t think protesters wanted to do that, wanted a peaceful protest, the political tide is coming in their favour at present. But it seems, when the “violent riots” weren’t happening to support the government narrative, the riot squad was sent in. Hegelian type Problem Reaction Solution of plan by the government. Think ICE, and local Blue City authorities, Antifa. ICE have the vast majority of national support, the win is theirs to lose, if they over react. However, it would seem that the over reaction has occurred, and the State owned and financed media (public and private) are having their day. Coverage video follows: . Redirecting... This will tend to dampen support of the general public, and to bind the police Gardaí closer to the government narrative, boiling off any remaining community role allegiance which was the point.
