Apparently two initial shots and 2 boosters. She also suffered from heart condition all her life like her grandmother and father.

Although her grandmother DID have a heart problem, Elvis died of heart failure due to all the drugs and alcohol he consumed. Only now are people claiming Elvis had congenital heart problems.
