List of Institutions Being Destroyed - First Pass

I need help refining a list. A simple task, eh? I wish to exhibit to others a list of Life Sectors (I welcome a better title) that have deliberately been changed or are being changed as we speak. The intent is to present a high-level list of things that have changed these past few years for readers/recipients to consider and maybe, just maybe, pause and ponder what they do not know and CONNECT THE DOTS.

I think a refined list would help all of us trying to educate the blind around us. I am sure we will not all agree, even here, but enough of us see how dire things are becoming.

I am in the U.S., so the list has an American perspective; however, much that is listed applies to other nations, especially western one. I am a former instructor, both military and industrial. Effective teaching includes brevity (unlike this post, haha), simplicity and compartmentalization. Distilling information and complexity into digestible bites so consumers can learn to see patterns for themselves. Existing diagrams could be linked from such a list and maybe some new ones developed. That Vax is a really good one.

Each of these sectors is a topic in and of itself. Under each sector articles/links could be listed, both pro and con, liberal and conservative to serve as a basis for discussion. But for this top-level list, I am trying to use just a few words that demonstrate how things use to be (recent or not too distant past) and where they are going (or already have gone). The list is not all-inclusive: I likely missed a few sectors.

Destruction/Reconstruction is my way to describe what is being destroyed in order to bring about the replacement. Perhaps there is a better way to label them.

The overarching goal is to get others to CONNECT THE DOTS as most here have. If interested, choose one or two Life Sectors to refine and better define. I appreciate all effort and time expended.

Where would you put “right to repair”?

I am not surprised to learn that companies build proprietary keys into their products; however, the “right to repair” is new one for me. I wonder how many other industries suffer a similar malady.

It would fall under Corporate Virtue I think. I worked at a Johnson & Johnson plant for nearly ten years and was initially impressed with their famous credo. Overall, it was a good place to work; however, a few things occurred during that period, as well as some after, that convinced me their corporate virtue is just a marketing tool now.

I deduced the same while working at a multinational oil company from 1998 to 2012 regarding mandatory diversity meeting and constant reminders of a world global outlook.
Actually overheard the country CEO’s motto of “do it and apologize later.”

I would maybe add academia to the list and ‘manufactured fear’ to climate change.

@FuLnu Thank you for the suggestions! I will amend the list as well as changing Education to Public Education.
