Not sure where alarm is sounding; Kyiv or Chernobyl.
IMO, there’s no meltdown to worry about because Russians took all the fuel.
I doubt either the Russian or Ukrainian armies would be so logistically lax as to run out of fuel so soon. I’m sure both would have their logistics well guarded. The Russian army has something in this regard that the Ukrainian army doesn’t have, air support.
