Locked out of account

Apologies for posting this here but could a fellow member reach out to me? I recently submitted my vidchat question but logged in too many times on a different device and now have been locked out of my account. I tried to open a ticket with support but it would not load.

Username is BCNICK22 if anyone can pass this along to the support staff I would really appreciate it. I’d like to log back into my account.

At first it looked permanent but I recently tried logging in again and it said try again in 30 mins. So let’s wait and I’ll let you know in an hour or so.
