Or Kissinger sees that this isn’t going as planned and dragging it out will only hurt the EU even more. It isn’t that he feels empathy- this man. is like the tin man- heart less- but it isn’t going to plan and dragging this thing out can only mean hard times for everyone.
Right now hard times in Europe are experiencing only Ukrainians fighting for their sovereignty. Everybody else is planning their vacation and enjoying summer mint juleps or such.
