The Germans don’t have to develop, they already know. More likely then not since WW2. Its a question of slapping one together. Most likely so do the Japenese know how to slap one together and frankly with the state of the world I don’t blame them. If Israel can have them without problems! Today I don’t trust the USA, the country that actually like to throw them unless I am sufforing from mandela effect and that was in a alternative reality.
