Poor Mae was way ahead of her time. Her incredulous reporting was too much for the average ājoe smoeā to even consider or incorporate into their conscious view of the world. Well, not nowā¦unfortunately her lifetime of reporting fell on deaf ears.
Ahead of her time she definitely was, but I think a few listened. She might be a big reason why we have any alt info. today. Unfortunately, even alt media is corrupted now, IMO.
When cable television replaced the three networks a proliferation of mundane channels were added, same with the internet. Watching a screen of any kind is kinda odd, content asideā¦
FYI. Iāve been listening to the radio recordings of Maeās Project you posted several days ago and find them fascinating. Itās like an oral history of the era with tidbits and insights into the mind manipulation used in media for the events she has painstakingly researched, cataloged, digested and reported. Amazing and insightful, especially when comparing them to my recollection of the narratives during that timeframe.
She was amazing! Considering the wealthy family to which she belonged, she could have had anything and everything she wanted, but āchose to discloseā. I am very appreciative of all sheās done and honestly, a bit surprised Mrs. Brussell (maiden name Magnin) was allowed to live so long.
