Where I live (the hood), I’m not so sure people will take a lockdown well a 2nd time around. About 2/3 into the C lockdown, neighbors began expressing that it was BS and starting taking off the mask, etc. I speak only for my area, but when there’s another put in place, National Guard will have to enforce it.

Once digital id, and CBDCs are established the lcokdowns won’t need to be normalised, I think they will be just enforced at risk of losing your livelihood and existence.

The ability to shut off funds is already available if needed since currency is almost totally moved electronically. Armored trucks with cash and coins are a rarity.
